As a friend and supporter of our sports ministry program here in the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland) we wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation for your support and prayers in the past few months. The year 2020 was trying with the corona virus wreaking havoc worldwide. As a family and on behalf of the sports ministry we are grateful for the gift of life. Despite the challenges which the pandemic imposed we were able to serve the Life Coaches and the fifty-five of our active academy players by visiting them at their homesteads and dropping off food parcels. As a result, we consolidated relationships within the body of Life Coaches and also our disciples (academy players).

As a result we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New.Thank you for your prayers and financial support towards Sports Ministry in Eswatini and also towards us (Moyo Tribe).May the Lord richly bless you in this unprecedented season.

In year 2021 we celebrated six years of pioneering in the Kingdom of Eswatini. The team of Life Coaches has grown to seventeen since inception back in 2014.The forthcoming year will be different as we wish to consolidate and multiply our activities in the Eswatini. We will be decentralising our core focus to the 59 constituencies/hubs which make up the Kingdom of Eswatini. The vision is one coach per constituency in the next five years. As it stands there are 17 Life Coaches and six of the constituencies/hubs are already represented. This was an awakening call to identify a coach (from local church), train and mentor the individual in the different sports ministry strategies. The Life Coaches who are from the same Constituency/Hub will form constituency/hub teams and shall be a model for the constituencies/hubs with our any coaches.

In the next edition i will be introducing the new sports ministry leader. As embark on this journey to Constituencies it became so imperative and inevitable that a local Swazi leader should be at the helm of the leadership of the movement.I will be available for mentoring the leader and i have formed a team of four other leaders who are all part of the Life Coaches to dream and continually pray for the new journey into constituencies or hub ministry.

Furthermore in the year 2021 our goal is to raise $15 000 which will be invested in the acquisition of land within the Ngculwini under Manzini. In the next The next five to ten years our mission is to build a Sport Impart centre, the acquisition of land, fencing the property, building two soccer fields and bathrooms will be the first phase. The ultimate goal is for the ministry to be self- sustaining when the centre is completed. As a result i  will be running the Comrades Marathon – Pietermaritzburg to Durban in South Africa in June of 2021 with a campaign for a $1 per kilometre already i have started training. We will also consolidate the race with some other ideas.

As a family we wish to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our supporters, our prayer for a car was answered this September. We bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla Altis. It has eased a number of logistical challenges for both ministry and family. We recently applied for Lubabalo Keagan’s passport, we wish to travel to Bulawayo, Zimbabwe this February and introduce our son to friends and relatives. And also utilise the opportunity to network with other friends involved in the sports ministry movement in Zimbabwe.

Our specific prayers for 2021 are as follows:

For the Constituency/Hub vision to be fully embraced by the six leaders.

That the new sports ministry leader will lead with humility.

For a new generation of Life Coaches -One Coach per constituency/hub in the next five years with at least five disciples.

For our trip to Bulawayo, Zimbabwe to be a success and that our house building project will be completed by the end of 2021.

We will continually provide feedback through this blog of the latest updates for both ministry and family.

May the Lord bless you.
